Your data belongs to you Kinex does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. Everything you enter — workouts, body measurements, goals — remains exclusively on your device and under your control.
1. Data Collected Kinex collects the following data, which remains exclusively on your device:
Kinex does not transmit any of this data to external servers.
2. Apple HealthKit Kinex accesses Apple HealthKit data exclusively to show your personal statistics within the app. HealthKit data is not shared with third parties, is not used for advertising, and never leaves your device.
3. Subscriptions Payments for Kinex Premium are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Kinex neither sees nor stores your payment details.
4. Data Storage All your data is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. We do not use our own servers or cloud services to store your personal data.
5. Notifications If you enable notifications, Kinex sends workout reminders exclusively on your device. We do not collect notification data.
6. Children Kinex is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from minors.
7. Changes to this Policy Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated via an app update. Continued use of the app following changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
